The Viral AI is currently in private beta. This Privacy Policy covers how we handle information you share with us during the waitlist phase. A fuller policy will be published when the product goes live.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the source of your signup (which page you joined from). Nothing else.
Our website may collect basic anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referral source, browser type) to help us understand how people find us. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
How we use it
We use your email to:
- Confirm you have joined the waitlist
- Notify you when a spot opens for you
- Send occasional updates about the beta launch
We do not send marketing emails, promotional offers, or third-party solicitations. If we ever want to expand how we use your email, we will tell you first and give you the choice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not build advertising profiles based on your activity.
- We do not use dark patterns to keep you subscribed.
How we store it
Your email is stored in our Supabase database, which is encrypted at rest and access- controlled. Access is limited to the founding team. Waitlist confirmation emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, who processes email on our behalf under a standard data-processing agreement.
Your rights
You can:
- Remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing us
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete everything we have about you

Cookies
We use minimal cookies, only what is required for the site to function. No third-party trackers, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
Children
The Viral AI is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has signed up, let us know and we will remove the record.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will date the change at the top and email waitlist members if the change is material.
