The Viral AI is currently in private beta. These terms cover what you can expect from us during the waitlist phase, and what we ask of you in return. A fuller Terms of Service will replace this document when the product goes live.
What The Viral AI is
The Viral AI is an AI content-intelligence platform for creators, currently in development. This website (theviral.ai) is where you can learn about the product and join the waitlist for early access.
What signing up gets you
Joining the waitlist puts you in line for beta access. When we open a wave of invitations, we will send you an email at the address you provided. You are under no obligation to accept the invitation. Joining the waitlist does not give you an account, access to the product, or any guarantee of when a spot will open.
What you agree to
By joining the waitlist, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate email address that you control
- Not use the waitlist form for spam, abuse, or automated submissions
- Understand this is a pre-launch product and features are subject to change
Features may change
The Viral AI is under active development. Features shown in marketing materials, including the dashboard mockups, the crew section, and the vision essay, represent what we are building. Some are already live; some ship at launch; some are in development. If a specific capability is important to you before signing up, ask us.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this website, including copy, visual design, animations, and the product mockups, is owned by The Viral AI. You are welcome to share the vision page or the site with friends. Do not reproduce, copy, or resell the site or its assets without written permission.
Termination
- You can leave anytime by emailing support@theviral.ai and asking to be removed.
- We reserve the right to remove signups we believe are fraudulent, abusive, automated, or violating these terms.
Warranty and liability
The Viral AI website and waitlist are provided as is. We make no warranties about uptime, delivery of invitations, launch dates, or the specific features that will ship. Your only remedy for any dispute related to the waitlist is to remove yourself from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Viral AI is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as we approach launch. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.
